Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and the provisions of the Statute of the NDP in public benefit “PREDANIE” members of the Association may be Bulgarian and foreign legal entities and capable individuals who share the objectives of the Association, the means for achieving them, fulfill Statutes and pay regularly their membership fees.
Members of the Association are accepted by the General Assembly.
Candidates make a written request to the Management Board or fill out an online form in which they declare that they are familiar with and accept the Statute of the Association and will work for the fulfillment of its objectives and tasks.
The Management Board shall examine the application (s) within one month and submit the application to a meeting of the General Assembly of the Association.
The acceptance of members shall be by open ballot and by a simple majority of those present at the meeting of the General Assembly.
The membership fee is 15 leva per month.
The deadline for submission of the annual membership fee, amounting to BGN 180 per year, is 30 March of the current year.
